Baavli is a Delhi-based luxury label founded by siblings Vaishali Gahalian and Abhimanyu Singh, bringing together art, Indian craftsmanship and contemporary design.

Vaishali, a NIFT graduate with a Master’s degree from Domus Academy, Milan, leads the label’s creative direction and design, while Abhimanyu plays a key role in shaping the brand’s growth and evolution. Together, they have shaped Baavli around the idea of wearable poetry, clothing that carries the intimacy of the handmade while expressing a distinctly contemporary point of view.

Hand-painting, hand-embroidery and expressive surface work are integral to the making of each piece, with garments often approached as canvases. Painting, embroidery, mirrors, sequins, gota and dimensional details are layered by hand to create pieces with depth, character and individuality.

Rooted in Indian craft, Baavli is never bound by convention.
