Product Information and Pricing

  1. We make every effort to display the colors and descriptions of our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
  2. The fit of our products may vary on the cut, fabric and style of each product. Please refer to our sizing chart to select the best size that suits you.
  3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

 

Orders and Cancellations

  1.  We reserve the right to accept or reject  any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
  2.  Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations cannot be accepted. We kindly request you to double-check your order details before confirming.
  3. In case of requests for order cancellations, as part of our policy, the orders once placed will not be canceled/ exchanged and no refund will be paid on these orders as these orders are specially made for you. 

 

Delivery and Shipping

  1.  As each product is meticulously hand-crafted to perfection, our delivery timeline is approximately 25 working days from the date of placing the order. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
  2.  We accept only prepaid orders for all purchases made on our website. Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available. This policy streamlines our process and helps us maintain efficiency in delivering your chosen products.
  3. We ship worldwide. The shipping charges for all shipping within India is free and is completely borne by us. However, the shipping charges for international shipping will be additional and will be charged based on the weight and volume of the product and the country where the delivery is being dispatched. Shipping charges will be disclosed during the billing process.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  1. Terms and any policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
  2. Any dispute or difference either in interpretation or otherwise, of any conditions of the Terms hereto, the same shall be referred to the courts in Delhi, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

  1. At Baavli each product is meticulously hand-crafted and quality checks are conducted to meet the highest standards. Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. We assume that you agree to our terms and conditions when placing an order.
  2. Complaints for missing/damaged/wrong items delivered should be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
